Sudan alert in 'Peoples under Threat' report

Close international scrutiny should be kept on South Sudan and Russia’s North Caucasus to ensure that renewed conflict does not provoke atrocities against minorities, says the head of an organisation that has just published a global ranking of "Peoples under Threat".
