Parliamentary Inquiry Commission Finds Police Reports Unsatisfactory

The Permanent Inquiry Commission of the Parliament of Macedonia yesterday held a hearing and debate on the incident that took place on Skopje City Square on March 28, when a group of about 100 architecture students protesting plans to build a church on the square were physically attacked by a group of about 4,000 supporters of the church who “spontaneously” gathered there. The Parliament will debate the events of March 28, in a plenary session scheduled for April 15.
