LONDON, Apr 13 (OneClimate.net) -One of the few moments to catch the imagination during last December's COP15climate conference in Copenhagen was TinyTuvalu, standing up to make a desperate plea for its continuing existence.The outcome of the conference though, was a document driven through by powerfulnations: many of the most vulnerable countries refused to associate themselveswith the so-called 'Copenhagen Accord'.
