Draft-Law on Associations Pulled Out from Parliamentary Procedure

The draft-Law on Civic Associations was pulled out, for the third time, from Parliamentary procedure for its adoption, this time because of the urgency of procedure to adopt the Law on Passports and Traveling Documents.
