Displaced people in eastern Congo
22.01.2008 Conflict and its effects have killed an estimated 5.4 million people in the Democratic Republic of Congo since 1998 and continue to kill up to 45,000 a month - the deadliest conflict since the Second World War, according to a major survey released today.
