L'Alto commissario Onu per i diritti umani Louise Arbour ricorda che "ai condannati di oggi va garantita ogni opportunità per poter ricorrere in appello" e, qualunque sia il risultato dell'appello spera "che il governo osservi una moratoria sulle esecuzioni capitali".
