I responsabili dichiarati dell'uccisione della cooperante sono miliziani del movimento ribelle ‘Esercito popolare per la restaurazione della democrazia’ (Aprd) che erano stati informati dell’arrivo in zona della missione. Anche il responsabile dell’Ufficio per il coordinamento degli Affari umanitari delle Nazioni Unite (Ocha) aveva comunicato ieri l’interruzione delle attività umanitarie dell’ONU nel nord-ovest.
