31.01.2006 Mentre in Italia le retribuzioni sono cresciute nel 2005 del 3,1% rispetto all'anno precedente, le Forze dell'ordine hanno registrato un aumento delle retribuzioni dell'8,9% e i militari della Difesa hanno segnato un aumento dei salari del 12%: lo rivelano i dati diffusi oggi dall'Istat. A dicembre l'indice delle retribuzioni contrattuali orarie registra una crescita dello 0,1% rispetto al precedente mese di novembre. Complessivamente, nel 2005 l'indice delle retribuzioni segna un progresso del 3,1%, rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2004, ed è il dato più alto dal 1997. Nel 2005 l'inflazione è invece cresciuta dell'1,9%. Per quanto riguarda gli scioperi - specifica l'Istat - nel periodo gennaio-ottobre 2005 il numero di ore non lavorate per conflitti (originati dal rapporto di lavoro) è stato di 5,5 milioni (il 37,3% in più rispetto al corrispondente periodo del 2004). Di queste, il 60,2% (pari a 3,3 milioni di ore) è da imputare a conflitti per il rinnovo del contratto di lavoro.

27.01.2006 La riforma della legge sulla legittima difesa introdotta dal deputato On. Luciano Dussin è stata approvata in forma definitiva dal Parlamento italiano il 24 gennaio scorso. La nuova formulazione dell’articolo 52 del codice penale in materia di diritto all’autotutela in un privato domicilio, autorizza il ricorso ad un’arma legittimamente detenuta o altro mezzo idoneo al fine di difendere :
a) la propria o altrui incolumità;
b) i beni propri o altrui, quando non vi é desistenza e vi é pericolo d’aggressione.
Tale disposizione si applica anche all’interno di ogni altro luogo ove venga esercitata un’attività commerciale, professionale o imprenditoriale.
Una prima tappa era già stata raggiunta il 6 luglio 2005, giorno dell’approvazione del provvedimento da parte del Senato della Repubblica, quasi due anni dopo la presentazione del testo al Parlamento. Il voto favorevole ottenuto dalla Camera dei Deputati sancisce l’integrazione del nuovo testo nell’arsenale giuridico italiano, non senza qualche polemica.
