Studenti Sveučilita u Zagrebu pokrenuli su projekt EVO (Etika u visokom obrazovanju). Cilj projakta je borba i suzbijanje korupcije i svakog drugog oblika nepravde koji pogađa pojedinca, organizacije i institucije u Hrvatskoj. Projekt okuplja studente, profesore, ali i sve druge koji ele pomoći u ostvarenju pravednijeg, kvalitetnijeg i etičnijeg drutva. Iako primarno usmjeren na visoko obrazovanje, projekt neće zaobilaziti aktualnu problematiku u irim drutvenim okvirima.

Kako je prenio Glas Slavonije, Hrvatsko novinarsko drutvo (HND) i Vijeće za medije Hrvatskog helsinkog odbora za ljudska prava (HHO) pokrenuli su inicijativu za osnivanje vijeća za medije kao novog samoregulatornog tijela za medijsku etiku u kojem bi uz predstavnike novinara sudjelovali i predstavnici izdavača. Pokretači ove inicijative smatraju kako bi sudjelovanje u ovakvom tijelu vlasnike i izdavače dovelo u odgovorniji poloaj i u situacijama kad se kri profesionalna etika.
