In a detailed, point-by-point response to the government’s report the CSE has said only two bottles were tested by the government and the report of these tests has not been made public.

Per chi intenda ricorrere all’’in house’, dovrà essere chiaro come questa debba essere una procedura eccezionale, adeguatamente motivata e corredata da un piano di superamento entro un arco temporale definito. Da Attac Italia arriva un invito a tutte le organizzazioni che hanno a cuore il destino dei 'beni comuni'. "Ora più che mai dobbiamo costruire una vertenza nazionale per il ritiro del disegno di legge Lanzillotta. E’ una battaglia di civiltà e di democrazia. Nessuno potrà chiamarsene fuori".
