The primary goal of the project is to connect students from the Balkans area into a single AIESEC network for cooperation, exchange of experiences and planning of future projects, as well as more intensive inclusion of youth in social and economic environment.

Dal 2001 gli scontri in corso nelle prefetture del Nord della Repubblica Centrafricana hanno provocato la fuga di circa 150.000 persone che hanno lasciato i loro villaggi per rifugiarsi oltre le frontiere centrafricane, in Ciad, Camerun o in brousse. Il già fragile sistema scolastico ha risentito fortemente di questa crisi; su 98 scuole presenti nella sottoprefettura di Paoua (all'interno della regione dell'Ouham-Pende) solo 4 sono funzionali, e tutte situate nella città di Paoua, principale nucleo abitativo della regione.
